Credits and Payments
Our service operates on a credit-based system:
- Credits can be purchased through our platform
- 1 credit = 1 resume analysis
- Credits do not expire
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact our support team. We may offer:
- Credit refunds for technical issues
- Partial refunds for unused credits
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious content or files
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Resell or redistribute our analysis results commercially
- Automate access to our service without permission
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Resume Checker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your uploaded resume content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content for analysis purposes only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That our analysis will guarantee job placement
- The accuracy of AI-generated feedback
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AI Resume Checker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
